12-Nov
: Saracens 1 - 4 Newbury Forest
Back to league action and another solid victory, with there being so many cup games it’s nice to get back to the bread and butter of the league. There were some surprises in the starting line up, but JH loves throwing them in. We also knew that the top two were playing each other so it meant that there was going to be dropped points by someone hopefully both.
With the season going well, it’s now about the team pulling together and moving up a few gears. Looking at the performance we played well in patches but missed a lot of good goal scoring opportunities, what was good id that even though we won 4 – 1 we still knew that we could have done better. The attitude may have dropped a little while the game was winding down but afterwards everyone knows what we moving towards. Good win guys bring on next week.

To be fair, this was another game and another win. The good thing was, we beat the only team to beat us this year. Settling that score was nice, It may only be the Worthington Cup to us in our conquest to win 4 trophies this year, but they all count.
We still always seem to need to go a goal down or have some near escape before we decided to perform and take a game by the scruff of the neck. Apart from that I thought it was a good performance. Moment of the match has to be chav boy taking his top off, what a geek.
