Danny Mardell Charity Tournament 2009

This years tournament was held at Stamford Bridge and for the third time Newbury Forest entered 2 teams into the tournament.

Unfortunately both teams were knocked out in the Quarter Finals of this years tournament.
Having always reached the final since the tournaments inception there was sense of disappointment within the group - no-one feeling more gutted than Andrew Koumiss who failed to convert his penalty in the shoot-out at his beloved Chelsea's ground.

Even so, another famous stadium has graced the Newbury Forest players and I sure they will return next year in full force....
